Technical Operator QCQA - Food Beverage

We are looking for young & talented candidates with a background in Quality Control/Assurance in Food & Beverage Industry to join the PRODUCT INNOVATION & FOOD SCIENCE team at IncreBio.

Tasks

• Conduct microbiological physicochemical and sensory testing of raw materials and finished beverage products.
• Perform shelflife assessments of products.
• Develop and implement internal quality control procedures.
• Set up and prepare reagents and laboratory equipment.
• Assist the product development team with quality control quality assurance and sensory testing.

Requirements

• BS in Microbiology Food Science or related fields
• 12 Years Working Experience with QC/QC in beverage and food industry.
• Understanding of regulations & standards related to the food & beverage industry
• Selfinitiated energetic and never settled
• Enjoy handing on Microbiology testing and other laboratory works
• Able to adapt and thrive in a rapid pace & quick changing environment.
• Good teamplay spirits with the ability to listen and communicate with others.
