You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWho are we looking for We are seeking a highly qualified individual for the role of VP to lead our Professional Services team. The VP will oversee the successful implementation and transition to our core administrative platform or ancillary platforms for our Healthcare Payer clients. The candidate will be responsible for planning managing tracking and delivering products and processes from inception to completion.
Technical Skills:
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
Provide industry and product expertise to facilitate client transition to our platform.
Manage client relationships through proactive issue resolution and regular communication.
Develop comprehensive project plans by integrating departmental plans.
Prepare track and update project schedules agendas and status reports.
Maintain and report on project utilization and financials.
Manage and mitigate project risks.
Act as the primary interface between clients and relevant functional areas.
Determine project resource needs and timing.
Collaborate with department managers to secure appropriate project resources.
Deliver projects on time and within budget.
Drive delivery processes to meet and exceed contractual SLAs.
Process Skills:
Minimum 15 years of experience managing largescale healthcare projects preferably in core administrative platform implementation.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry particularly the payer segment.
Handson experience working with clients executivelevel functions.
Ability to organize and track multiple concurrent tasks involving various teams.
Proficient in analyzing complex business and technical topics.
Thorough understanding of product development methodologies and processes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Sound budgeting and staffing abilities.
Proficient in producing clear business and technical documentation.
Ability to reason and track complex implementation projects effectively.
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
Professional demeanor when addressing problems or issues.
Focus on meeting client needs.
PMI certification is desired.
Travel may be required.
