As a Loan Officer (Telecallers) you will be responsible for telecalling activities to support the mortgage lending process. This role requires individuals with excellent communication skills a pleasant voice and the ability to make decisions efficiently. Prior mortgage experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Basic Responsibilities:
- Conduct telecalling activities to support the mortgage lending process.
Skill Set Required:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms. Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Pleasant Voice: Possessing a pleasant and engaging voice that enhances customer interactions.
- DecisionMaking Skills: Ability to make quick and informed decisions while interacting with customers.
