As an RN in the Acute Rehab Unit you will play a vital role in providing highquality care to patients recovering from illness injury or surgery. Salary: $66680.00 $112095.00 Shift: 7:00 am 3:30 pm Bonus Details:
Qualified candidates who commit to a twoyear employment agreement will be eligible for a $15000 bonus paid out incrementally over the commitment period.

RELOCATION PACKAGE

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on recovery goals and selfcare techniques

MustHaves

1 Possess or eligible to obtain licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Idaho

2 Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

3 Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing

NiceToHaves

1 Bachelors degree Nursing (BSN)

2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

3 Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
