Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Activations Manager to join our team. The Activations Manager will play a key role in driving growth and engagement on our platform by increasing bookings, revenue, and conversions on pitches. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful activation strategies.
Responsibilities:
1.Increase Bookings, Revenue, and Conversions:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive bookings, revenue, and conversions on pitches.
- Identify opportunities to optimize user experience and conversion funnels to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and retain users.
2.Data Analysis and Dashboard Building:
- Analyze data and user behavior to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics, monitor campaign effectiveness, and report on results.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in activation efforts.
3.Initiatives and Events:
- Develop and execute initiatives and events to increase bookings and conversions on pitches.
- Collaborate with venue partners and sports organizations to create compelling events and promotions that drive engagement and bookings.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of initiatives and events, iterating on strategies based on performance and feedback.
4.Sports Background:
- Leverage a background in sports to understand user needs and preferences, identify market trends, and develop targeted activation strategies.
- Stay informed about developments in the sports industry and use insights to inform activation initiatives and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or user acquisition, preferably in the sports or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and dashboard building.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative activation strategies and campaigns.
