Overview:
The Marketing Executive plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns analyzing market trends and implementing innovative marketing initiatives that align with the companys objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute marketing campaigns for Hotel Shambala and other sister brands across different platforms including traditional media (newspaper TV radio) social media (Facebook Instagram etc.) and direct marketing including inhouse points of guest interaction.
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Work with designer to produce materials for visual impact and within brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with media persons to generate maximum awareness and visibility in both traditional and social media.
- Create and manage a Customer Relation Management (CRM) system to manage direct communication and feedback.
- Design and implement guest feedback surveys to gauge customer sentiment and feelings towards Hotel Shambala and its subsidiary brands.
- Coordinate with different outlet managers to access marketing opportunities for each specific outlet or brand.
- Manage website content and update as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business Administration or related field
- Candidate with basic graphic design experience will be preferred.
- Sound knowledge of key marketing concepts and social media for digital marketing.
- Fluent English and effective writing skills.
- Good Creativity with a strong sense for design
- Strong attention for detail.
- Good communication skills and networking skills.
- Familiarly of CRM and Survey applications is plus.
