Job Description
Technical Manager
1.Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering Graduates.
2. At least 45 years corporate hands on experience in the cutting tool industry.
3. Should be strong in analysis and solution providing.
4. Studying and understanding the market behaviour patterns market by market and share inputs to Central Reach team.
Capable of Identifying.
5. Identifying market opportunities and recommendations to HO.
6. Provide support to Business Development team
7. Regular field visits for demos and testings.
8. Ability to prepare and present Techno Commercial comparisons.
9. Should be a good Team player.
10. Positive attitude
11. Willingness to learn.
12. Strong on Integrity
13. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
14. Prior experience of Distributor management would be an added advantage.
15. Should be Presentable & have good communication skills.
( Knowledge of the local language is a must )
