Extensive exposure in functional specification writing and understating user s complex
requirements.
Good experience in SAP HR functional configurations mainly on PA/PY and TM
Implement business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between clients
Expertise in Rules (PCR) and Schemas.
Exposure in structural and functional enhancements to data sources with necessary userexits for
master
Defined attendance/absence types counting rules time constraint settings.
Created rules for Overtime calculations on daily weekly and biweekly basis.
Created custom defined PCRs for absence and attendance wage type generation through time
evaluation.
Maintained the Processing class and Evaluation Class
5 years experience in a business or functional analyst role with a minimum of 2 years
experience researching SAP HR Payroll related issues developing process maps completing
configuration creating technical development specs performing application testing gathering
business requirements and handling change management activities in support of SAP HR Payroll
processes.
General knowledge of functionality tools and methods used within the HR Payroll Module
General knowledge of core functionality within the SAP HCM Module as well as cross module
awareness within the SAP ERP Application
Awareness of consistent user experience with other SAP transactions
Experience with SAP tools (e.g. LSMW workflow portal)
Technical Knowledge (strongly preferred):
Working knowledge of configuration for the SAP Payroll Module and its integration points with
all other SAP modules as well as ESS and MSS.
Experience with SAP workflow
