Registered Nurse - HemOnc Infusion - Part Time

HireNow Staffing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Hematology/Oncology Infusion team in Boston MA on a parttime basis. As an RN in Hem/Onc Infusion you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing infusion therapy for hematologic and oncologic conditions ensuring their safety comfort and wellbeing throughout treatment. Salary: $71230.00 $141017.00

Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy biotherapy and supportive care medications as prescribed by physicians
• Assess patients physical and emotional status before during and after infusion therapy
• Monitor patients vital signs and laboratory values recognizing and responding to any adverse reactions
• Provide patient education on treatment regimens potential side effects and selfcare strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of one year of experience in oncology or infusion therapy
• OCN certification preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate and patientcentered approach to care

MustHaves

1 One year of RN experience

2 Must have an active or pending Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license or the ability to obtain one.

NiceToHaves

1 More than 2 years of experience

2 Recent Step down med surg or ICU experience
