Job Description
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team and provide comprehensive psychological services to school districts across Illinois. This position involves working closely with students educators and families to support the academic emotional and behavioral needs of students. The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in promoting a positive and inclusive school environment.
Daily Tasks:
Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed.
Support students transition between grade levels and educational settings.
Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of school psychology.
Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments interventions and consultations.
Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement individualized support plans.
Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs and inform intervention strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop comprehensive support plans.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting.
- Valid Illinois state license or eligibility for licensures as a School Psychologist.
- Master s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies.
