As an Executive Assistant Management Team and Community Specialist you handle a variety of tasks and strive to promote community within the company. This role requires not only excellent organizational skills but also a high level of empathy communication and flexibility.
What you will do:
- Single Point of Contact for the Chief Data Officer responsible for managing schedules correspondence and documentation.
- Prescreening emails and organizing meetings including preparation and followups.
- Independently clarifying internal or external matters before consulting with the line manager.
- Organizing events workshops and activities to promote learning and networking within the Chief Data Officers team and community.
- Managing expenses supporting the OKR process organizing travel schedules handling incoming invoices and fostering an engaged community around Data and Analytics topics.
- Additionally facilitating communication and collaboration among community members acting as a liaison between the community and the organization and staying updated on the latest developments in AI to share relevant information.
What you bring & who you are:
- Commercial or equivalent education required.
- Several years of professional experience are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and communication skills are required.
- Flexibility resilience and empathy are important qualities.
- Proficiency in German and English at least at C1 level required; additional languages are advantageous but not mandatory.
