Production DPI - Officer To SrExecutive

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our production team in the role of Production Officer to Senior Executive for Dry Powdered Inhaler (DPI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes related to DPI products ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining highquality standards throughout the production process.
  
• Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and oversee all activities related to the manufacturing of Dry Powdered Inhaler (DPI) products including blending granulation compression filling and packaging.
  
• Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other regulatory requirements during all stages of production.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineering and Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely production and release of DPI products.
  
• Troubleshoot any production issues or deviations implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and document all activities in accordance with company policies.
  
• Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance product quality while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  
• Conduct training sessions for production staff on new processes equipment and safety procedures to ensure a skilled and knowledgeable workforce.
  
• Participate in internal and external audits providing necessary documentation and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate production records batch documentation and inventory records to facilitate product traceability and accountability.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends technological advancements and regulatory changes related to DPI manufacturing processes and implement best practices accordingly.
  
• Uphold a culture of safety quality and continuous improvement within the production department promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork and collaboration.
  

Requirements

• B.pharma/ M.pharma.
  
• Indepth knowledge of GMP regulations quality systems and regulatory requirements applicable to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  
• Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interact effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing production teams and driving performance improvements.
  
• Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
