Shift Notes: Days: 8a5p; 3540 weekly guarantee

Traveler Policy: Will not accept Local RNS for this position

** Oregon RN license should be applied for upon acceptance

Expected is an experienced RN who comes with hospice case management experience to manage a caseload of 15 patients 45 visits per day depending on the area and acuity level of the patient and complete charting the same day. RN must be willing to perform all service level nursing (routine GIP continuous and respite) must be willing to perform admission SIA and death visits must Licensed in WA and OR state nursing board have a reliable vehicle to cover a 60 mile service radius (mileage will be covered at IRS standard rate) clean background check in WA and OR drug screening Influenza/TB/Covid vaccination records and valid auto insurance.
