Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business
objectives.
Drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative
and datadriven approaches.
2. Sales Management:
Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets managing the sales pipeline and
developing effective sales strategies.
Identify new sales opportunities partnerships and channels to expand market reach.
3. Marketing Leadership:
Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns
including digital marketing social media and other channels (across all leading
marketplaces and own website)
Build and optimize marketing strategy for each marketplace ensuring effective spends to
deliver target Return on Ad Spend (RoAS)
Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.
4. Ecommerce Optimization:
Collaborate with the website manager to optimize the online shopping experience and
maximize online sales.
Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective e
commerce strategies.
5. Brand Positioning:
Define and communicate the brand's value proposition ensuring it resonates with the
target audience.
Develop and maintain a strong brand image through marketing and communication
efforts.
