Overview:
Lead the efficient execution and management of active client accounts within a cluster overseeing a team of Account Leads. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Account Planning: Collaborate with Account Leads to create monthly & quarterly execution plans from account onboarding.
- Standardization: Work with management to develop/implement SOPs for streamlined execution documentation and reporting.
- Client Communication: Engage with significant clients fostering smooth transition from brief to execution promoting business growth.
- Business Development: Utilize client relationships to expand existing business opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain creative quality standards in agency deliverables to clients.
- Campaign Strategy: Develop 6month campaign rollout plans fostering future client partnerships.
- Scaling & Growth: Assist in scaling team capacity and services adapting to business growth.
- Team Empowerment: Design teams to meet company goals enabling gradual task ownership.
- Strategic Protocols: Create standardized strategies for business growth across existing and new clients.
- Content Creator Network: Market inhouse product establish a network of resources for business realization.
- Process Optimization: Streamline team structure for financial growth client satisfaction and expansion.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with management to establish agency presence in new markets.
- Retention Strategies: Implement measures to reduce employee attrition and enhance client retention.
- Annual Planning: Lead the organization of an annual team meeting to outline goals and strategies for the upcoming year.
