Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of HR to join our team in the heart of London. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive the HR strategy for our global banking operations.

The successful candidate will have 20 years+ experience in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the bank's business goals.
  • Lead and manage a diverse HR team across multiple locations.
  • Oversee all aspects of HR including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and international HR regulations.
  • Partner with senior leadership to shape organisational structure and culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Head of HR, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to develop strategy and policies at a global level.
