Leading boutique law practice is looking for an IP Attorney based in stellenbosch.
The key responsibilities for a midlevel attorney in an IP litigation position include:
Handling intellectual property disputes, including High Court litigation and other dispute resolution procedures.
This Involves
Drafting letters of demand
Filing and managing South African trademark oppositions
Handling foreign dispute matters with correspondent attorneys
Providing advisory work on trademarks, copyright, domain names, company name objections, and watching services.
Drafting and reviewing IP-related agreements.
