- Conduct periodic supplier evaluations and performance reviews to assess reliability, quality consistency, and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Act as a primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly to maintain smooth business operations.
Procurement Coordination
- Collaborate with the procurement team to develop sourcing strategies, RFQs (Request for Quotations), and negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify potential suppliers, product innovations, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules, using SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or procurement software.
Negotiation and Contract Management
