Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and improve relationships with customers key suppliers and partners.
- Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
- Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
- Educate and inform clients about the companys services and special offers.
- Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.
- Oversee client relationship management system.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 35 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in earlystage startup environments would be an advantage.
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
- Intelligent enthusiastic and selfmotivation driven.
- Demonstrates high ethical values.
