Job Description

● Handles all incoming calls and inquiries from customers and dealers on general issues and specific issues related to buy and sell requests/inquiries

● Generate sales leads

● Attends to all clients and inquiries in a timely manner

● Conduct outbound calls and customer satisfaction surveys to assess overall services provided

● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
