We are looking for an experienced Mandarin Brand Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire marketing mix developing innovative brand strategies and driving business growth. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with key stakeholders and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and execution of the brands strategic plans ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including New Product Development Packaging Pricing and Promotional initiatives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including teams in New Product Development Customer Marketing Supply Chain and Retail channels as well as service providers and agencies.
- Drive business growth and enhance brand equity through strategic Innovation and New Product Development projects.
- Manage Above The Line (ATL) and Below The Line (BTL) marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Formulate and execute a digital marketing strategy that leverages current trends and technologies to enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Lead market research efforts to understand customer perceptions and behavior translating insights into actionable strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role with a proven track record of strategic brand management.
- Fluent in Mandarin and excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written to ensure clear and effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in brand planning consumer analysis and understanding market dynamics.
- Strong grasp of brand performance metrics and setting future objectives.
- Techsavvy with a proven ability to adapt to new technologies and digital marketing tools.
- Willing to work at Pluit North Jakarta.
