Job Description
Open Position: Legal Counsel (MNC Tech Company)
An MNC Tech Company is currently hiring Legal Counsel to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent with more than 8 years working experience.
Familiar with employment law areas including hiring discipline terminations pay and benefits.
Drafting reviewing negotiating documentation transactions and advising various contracts related to corporate issues.
Supporting legal and regulatory risks of the Companys business operations in all aspects and safeguarding the companys legitimate business rights to pursue strategic objectives.
Providing guidelines to the Company to ensure compliance with regulations laws and rules.
Highly organized meticulous and have excellent critical thinking.
