JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager would be:
Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
Train coach and monitor incoming staff.
Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients & investors and engage in persuasive conversations.
Utilize indepth product knowledge to explain investment opportunities effectively.
Close sales deals particularly for highvalue investments via zoom meetings.
Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure longterm satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
Seek new business opportunities sales outreach and navigation.
Keep updated about latest business trends.
Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
Qualify leads through more experienced outgoing caller and closing leads through an experienced top level sales expert.
Generate leads using lead generation tolls
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage in persuasive conversations.
Initiating contact with potential customers through coldcalling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
Arranging email correspondence
Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
Performing regular followup calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
Coordinate and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to successfully deliver technical solutions to clients.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
Ensure client satisfaction.


Qualifications as a Business Development Manager:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of team leader experience
Minimum of 3 years work experience and track record in successful sales lead generation customer service coldcalling appointment setting or similar industry is strongly preferred
Preferably with Hubspot experience
With experience on sales via zoom meetings
Absolute fluency in English both spoken and written.
Proven track record of closing clients over telephone/zoom meetings.
Exceptional negotiation skills with a persuasive and convincing telephone/zoom presence.
Resultsdriven and successoriented mindset.
Proactive dynamic and dedicated work attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in organic lead generation B2B & B2C Sales.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office marketing software and applications.
Indepth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal networking negotiation skills and a pleasing personality
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
Excellent listening and customer service skills and phone demeanor.
Proactive coachable and wellorganized.
