Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mid DevOps Engineer at Cloudvests located in Amman, Jordan. As a Mid DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the DevOps infrastructure and tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, automate processes, and improve overall system performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, or GCP, Azure
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with related tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Terrafrom, Ansible
• Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Engineer is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
