The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for selling and promoting safety related automation products/services in Qatar and in some cases from other nearby countries in the Middle East Region (Iraq, Kuwait, etc.), both directly and through partners; this entails preparing sales strategies, managing and executing day-to-day sales activities, and delivering the core marketing. Typical activities include: • Agreeing and meeting order intake targets, predicting the volume and timing of order intake • Preparing Account Plans and Sales Strategies with Sales Leadership, and leading their execution • Implementing local Marketing Plans developed by Marketing Leadership • Acquiring new customers, generating and developing new business • Managing and developing a business relationship with agents or representatives (“partners”) in the country • Providing timely reports of sales activity, both planned and executed.
