Senior Design Manager

Oversees a range of schemes from conception and value management through feasibility study and detailed design whilst ensuring that time and budgetary allocations are managed.

Manages all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

Delivers the programme to the client within the timescale and contribute to compliance with the Quality Management System.

Manage the construction/design deliverables in accordance with construction requirements and Client’s expectations.

Ensure to obtain the project brief (client requirements, purpose of project) on time, and obtain information about the value of the project.

Ensure to manage the feasibility study of the project to ensure the project purpose & Benefit.

Ensure to develop the design concept on time (through in house team or Consultants) based on the Project brief and project value.

Ensure to review the design concepts and drawings for the Project and provide feedback, design suggestions and alternatives to assist in meeting UCC goals for the Project.

Ensure to obtain UCC senior management and client required approvals on time.
