Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in HR and possess a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. As an HR Assistant you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and assist with onboarding activities including paperwork completion and introduction to company policies.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations.
- Process employee changes such as promotions transfers and terminations on time.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team including managing correspondence scheduling meetings and maintaining HR databases and filing systems.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies procedures and programs ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HRrelated inquiries issues and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and collaboration with managers and employees.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment changes and inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
