Job Description

Overview:

The Area Sales Manager in the Electronic Division plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area. This position is vital to the organization as it is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area
  • ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing dealers and
  • distributors.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
  • Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools products and training to
  • enhance their sales capabilities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities adjusting strategies as needed to
  • maintain competitive edge.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management providing insights into
  • sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance resolve
  • issues and motivate team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.

Job Specification:

  • Prior experience of looking after channel of products such as Home Appliances Small Home appliances and home electronics.
  • Proper sales skills and knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Must have a smart dynamic and pleasing personality.
  • Good reporting and computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with full dedication and efficiency
