Overview:
The Area Sales Manager in the Electronic Division plays a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth within a specific geographic area. This position is vital to the organization as it is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing a team of sales professionals and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of sales teams within the designated area
- ensuring optimal productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with existing dealers and
- distributors.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market penetration.
- Provide dealers and distributors with the necessary tools products and training to
- enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities adjusting strategies as needed to
- maintain competitive edge.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management providing insights into
- sales performance and market opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and partners to discuss performance resolve
- issues and motivate team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations within the sales operations.
Job Specification:
- Prior experience of looking after channel of products such as Home Appliances Small Home appliances and home electronics.
- Proper sales skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Must have a smart dynamic and pleasing personality.
- Good reporting and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure with full dedication and efficiency
