Manager Finance DACH

At The Wise Seeker we are looking for a Manager Finance DACH to work with one of our clients: company oneof the worlds largest tire companies. It employs about 71000 people and manufactures its products in 55 facilities in 22 countries around the world.

Functions

1. Responsible for setting direction & implementing a strong financial strategy for a longterm profitable growth of the local business in all PBUs.
2. Manage the entire country portfolio of accounts/business from finance perspective and help drive strategic decisions related to the most complex risk assessment decisions.
3. Lead the development & maintenance of 18 months rolling forecast with budget and 5year business plan of the company in close coordination with all departments (both Mgmt. &Legal where applicable)
4. Maintain a highlevel internal control environment (SOX)
5. Legal signatory responsibilities for the legal entities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 7 years of progressively more responsible cross functional experience in various financial roles including both corporate and operational finance
2. Strong knowledge of accounting rules (local US GAAP and IFRS) and proven understanding of Financials statements ((P&Ls Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)
3. Experienced in Finance business partnering and a demonstrated understanding of sales and marketing operations
4. Ability to lead teams through processes and projects improvements focused on getting groups on board with new processes and techniques
5. Bachelors degree in Business Accounting Finance Economics or a related field (Masters degree in Business Accounting Finance Economics or a related field as well as fluency in English and German
