Job Description

Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients guiding them through the sales process and negotiating contracts to achieve successful transactions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales.

Brief Roles and Responsibilities for this roles includes but not limited to:
Prospect cultivate and maintain relationships with potential buyers and sellers to generate leads and opportunities.
Conduct property tours showings and open houses to showcase available properties and highlight their features and benefits.
Assist clients in identifying their needs and preferences providing guidance and advice on suitable properties that meet their criteria.
Negotiate purchase agreements contracts and terms of sale on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
Coordinate with lenders attorneys inspectors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely transactions.
Stay informed about market trends property values and neighbourhood developments to provide informed advice to clients.
Utilize marketing and advertising strategies to promote properties and attract prospective buyers.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process addressing client inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.


Requirements


Proven track record of success sales within the real estate industry.
Experience in selling commercial properties or corporate real estate solutions is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of corporate sales processes including lead generation prospecting needs analysis solution selling and closing.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with a demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
