Job Overview:


As an HR Officer youll play a crucial role in talent management and employee engagement. Responsibilities include recruitment onboarding and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities:


  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Pin recruitment by preparing job descriptions posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Maintain employee records (attendance EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.rovide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved




Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree/Diploma in HR Administration Management or any other relevant field.
  • Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years experience in Hospitality or FMCG Industry.
  • Proven knowledge and direct experience in at least two of the following areas; recruitment; compensation and benefits employee relations and communications performance management and HR practice.
  • Thorough understanding of labour laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize conflicting assignments.
  • High sense of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office packages.
  • High level of interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to work as part of a multicultural team.



BSc degree in Marketing or related field. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales from the big FMCG firms. Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns. Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
