Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights7:00 PM 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 12hr Nights 36hr guarantee

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID19 VACCINATION is strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms are provided upon request which will be reviewed by the Occ Board for the next steps.

Traveler Policy: WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. To avoid delays in processing please include the perm address in the profile upload.

Patient population: Pediatric through Geriatric

# of beds in unit: 6

RN to patient ratio: 1:3

EMR: EPIC

Dress code: any color scrubs

*** SHIFT ACCOMMODATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED (Block scheduling etc). TRAVELERS MUST BE ABLE TO WORK POSTED SCHEDULE AS NEEDED.

Provides direct nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Room with acute/primary care and emergent medical needs using the nursing process; assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care needs

• Must be able to recognize and establish priorities
• Must be able to set objectives and goals for work assignments and patient care delivery
• Maintains competency in using medical equipment
• Complies with hospital nursing department and unit policies and procedure

• EPIC year experience required
• 2 years of ED experience Required
• Recent travel experience (at least 6 mos) Required
• TNCC Highly Preferred

• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
