Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development/Sales Executive to join our team. The profile will play a pivotal role in driving our business with eCommerce Sellers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities cultivating relationships with potential clients and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services.
Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our services.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
Provide feedback to the management regarding customer preferences and market trends
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or similar field
12 years of experience in tele sales business development or similar role
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
