Overview:
The CoFounder (Sales specialist/Edtech) plays a crucial role in driving the sales team to achieve and exceed targets contributing significantly to the organizations revenue and growth. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies managing client relationships and leading a highperforming sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Manage and report on sales activities trends and results to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement promotional activities
- Negotiate and close major deals with key clients
- Analyze and understand competitive activities in the marketplace
- Regularly review and optimize the sales process and performance
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a highperforming sales team
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
