Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate your team to exceed sales targets.
Recruit train and mentor new sales representatives.
Identify and onboard top financial advisors and leaders.
Develop and implement crossselling and upselling strategies.
Oversee monthend and yearend closing processes.
Participate in field activities to expand customer reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
24 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in insurance.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated driven and resultsoriented.
Age 2138 valid drivers license own twowheeler.
