Our client is seeking a visionary Quality Manager to maintain and elevate their standards of excellence in agrochemical product quality and ensure regulatory compliance.
Role Mission:As the Quality Manager you will play a critical role in implementing and managing our clients quality assurance policies and procedures across all agrochemical products. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of product quality safety and efficacy ensuring they meet national and international regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) for agrochemical products.
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team to conduct audits inspections and testing.
- Monitor and report on the performance of the QMS preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and facilitate audits by external regulatory entities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes and implement corrective actions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biochemistry Agronomy or related fields; a masters degree is preferred.
- Languages: English and Spanish.
- 3 years of experience in integrated management departments.
- Thorough knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 etc.) and specific regulatory requirements of the sector.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a detailed focus on implementing quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with experience in mentoring and motivating quality assurance teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal departments and regulatory authorities.
- Professional certification in Quality Management Systems is a plus.
