Key responsibilities • Leading QATAR team to achieve the targeted volume and profitability growth. • Define the Yearly Operational Plan based on the GTM strategy • Define and monitor the monthly sales targets. • Define and monitor the stocks and sales of the distribution operations • Designing and implementing sales, distribution & marketing strategies to increase the sales volume and market share across the market segments and product categories • Designing and implementing sales and pricing strategies to maximize profitability, in alignment of overall QATAR strategy, keeping the market healthy • Reviewing financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data, measuring productivity and ensuring optimal utilization of resources related to all departments, to maximize profitability and to reduce the overall operating expenses • Analyzing market trends, competitor’s activities and other industry information and implementing appropriate actions to ensure consistent and sustainable business growth • Interacting with clients’ senior management and other industry players to further strengthen our relationship and identify new business opportunities. Handle directly the network of direct business relation clients in relation to renew and develop supply agreements, closing monthly, quarterly deals, etc • Ensure optimal utilization of sales & marketing resources to maximize profitability and to reduce the overall sales & marketing expenses as a % /sales and $ /MT. • Team Development Required Skills • Must possess exceptional written and oral communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and leadership Skills. • Team building and Team Development. • Strong Team Coaching Skills and Mentoring. • Strong Analytical and problem solving Skills. • Negotiation Skills. • Background in process improvement. • Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction • Must be a team player and have ability to deal tactfully with clients and colleagues. • Able to perform under pressure. • Must be flexible and able to adapt to constantly changing requirements while taking steps necessary to meet challenging internal and external deadlines.
