Job description

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical forecasting demand planning or a similar analytical role within the Pharma industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets identify trends and draw actionable insights.
• Experience in Pharma forecasting and understanding of Pharma data such as epidemiology finance supply chain retail and nonretail sales and payer datasets.
• Analyze historical sales data market trends competitor activity and other relevant factors to identify patterns and drivers influencing pharmaceutical product demand.
• Develop various forecasting models using statistical techniques and AI/ML models to accurately forecast product demand.
• Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of various market dynamics on product demand forecasts such as regulatory changes pricing fluctuations and competitive actions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy metrics track deviations from projections and identify root causes of discrepancies to improve forecast continuously.
• Create highquality visualization/frontend for the endusers to review the forecast and select metrics/KPIs.
• Experience building the forecasting model using the Palantir platform is preferred.
