Teamworx is currently seeking an experienced Grocery Retail Assistant Manager to join their esteemed convenience and supermarket group situated in Dublin 4. Now employing into the hundreds within their many branches across Dublin and Meath with more soon to follow they are now looking to hire future leaders in this organisation.

As the Assistant Store Manager you will assist the Store Manager by driving sales controlling costs training coaching and motivating teams in the shop area and deli department.

This presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with demonstrated proficiency in managing retail grocery supermarket or convenience store operations seeking advancement within a renowned retail environment. Salary is from 32000 up to 36000 DOE plus additional benefits such as an additional annual leave per year up to 27 days.

Responsibilities for this Retail Grocery Assistant Manager job:

• Supporting the Store Manager to ensure the shops are running smoothly and achieve overall success and covering their days off.
  
• Assisting in managing store operations and standards
  
• Team Management
  
• Stock Management
  
• Health Safety and Welfare Management
  
• Develop strong working relationships with all key stakeholders including the internal management team.
  
• Commercially astute looking at ways to increase revenue and manage costs effectively.

• Proven experience in a Supervisory/ Management position ideally within a grocery retail or convenience store setting
