Senior IT Operational Officer - 12 months - Brussels

• Assist the head of operations in leading and driving the operational transformation initiatives aiming for high operational excellence.
  
  
• Implement SIAM principles and utilize ITIL 4 to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  
  
• Develop and establish a futureoriented operating model and efficient governance structures.
  
  
• Interact with outsourcing partners and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless operations.
  
  
• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors overseeing the management of multiple contracts essential to the digital roadmap and contractual obligations
  
  
• Prepare and execute the handover process to new suppliers including the transfer of application support and planning of service fulfillment by the new suppliers.
  
  
• Set realistic goals mobilizing the necessary resources and getting their commitments to achieve these objectives effectively.
  
  
• Act as a direct report to the Head of IT Operations contributing to strategic decisionmaking and operational leadership.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT operations with a track record of leading operational transformations and achieving operational excellence.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM principles and a deep understanding of ITIL 4.
  
  
• Experience in setting up and managing large infrastructure and IT operation outsourcing deals including working with offshore resources particularly in India or similar environments.
  
  
• Six Sigma certification is highly desirable.
  
  
• Strong problemsolving skills and a peoplecentric leadership style.
  
  
• Proven ability to set and achieve ambitious improvement goals effectively managing resources to meet organizational objectives.
  
  
• Bachelor s or master s degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related fields.
