Software Sales Manager

• Solution Proposal & Customized Solutions: Develop comprehensive proposals outlining modernization strategies. Tailor solutions to meet specific client needs whether its legacy system migration or cloud adoption.
  
• Technical Expertise & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT modernization solutions and trends. Collaborate with technical teams to provide accurate guidance to clients.
  
• Cost Estimation & Relationship Building: Provide detailed cost estimates and ROI projections for modernization initiatives. Cultivate strong client relationships to become a trusted advisor.
  
• Competitive Analysis & Negotiation: Monitor competitors and understand market offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet client needs.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
  
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferably in ICT.
  
• Strong technical acumen in IT application modernization and industry best practices
  
• Proficient in effective sales techniques including prospecting negotiation and customer service.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex IT concepts clearly.
  
• Strong problemsolving ability and adaptability to changing technologies and market trends.
  
• Understanding of clients industry and business goals to align modernization solutions.
