Job Description
- Supporting the sales team in resolving technical and chemical treatment issues within the SEA Market
- Reporting on chemical program risk identification, mitigation, and escalation through best practice assessment onsite with the sales team
- Conducting cold eye assessments for monitoring the treatment KPIs by the sales team
- Providing sound technical analysis of chemistry, operational, mechanical (MOC) issues across Water Treatment – including cooling water, boiler water and wastewater
- Making technical improvement recommendations on operational, maintenance and chemical program to customers
