Role:
- Assist the Clients sales force team in growing maintaining converting and tracking a healthy pipeline of Large Market Small and
- Medium Enterprises and BusinesstoBusiness (B2B) opportunities for the Client;
- Develop sales content (e.g. email templates script guidelines sales pitches etc.);
- Lead sales discussions and pitch Clients products to end customers;
- Support operational onboarding of new customers;
- Follow up with onboarded customers to ensure activation and first usage;
- Review and recommend improvements to the performance management framework;
- Monitor financial performance and propose improvement measures;
- Report results to Top Management;
- Develop training manuals and conduct trainings for the various stages of the sales cycle to the Clients sales force;
- Conduct periodic training sessions to the customers when needed;
- Provide regular status updates to Clients management on progress against key performance indicators through:
- Progress update meetings;
- Steering committee meetings; and
- Regular reporting on progress status.
- Leverage Mastercard assets and resources when applicable to deliver the support on the abovementioned responsibilities;
- Liaise with Mastercard for proactive solutioning for commercial spends.
Qualifications/ expectations required:
- 1012 years Relevant sales and business development experience in corporate and SME market (required)
- Strong team player results driven and high level of energy & initiative
- People management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Selfmotivated with a demonstrated track record of success
Ability to interact with external clients
Successful salesperson with ability to generate and follow up on leads independently
Good communication skills and active participation to contribute to team settings

- Superior interpersonal and communications skills and an ability to bring together internal and external stakeholders to create solutions for customers and have them implemented.
