Overview:
The Service Assistant Spare Parts plays a vital role in our organization by providing essential support in managing spare parts inventory and ensuring timely delivery to our customers. This position is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation Record and Follow up.
- Spares Parts and Tools Record.
- Spare parts marketing (after quotation sent to customer).
- Workshop Management and entry of every machine in and out.
- Under Warranty Claim Spares Parts Record
- Coordination with sales/store/service department.
- Return Material Authorization (RMA) Record of the concerned Company
- Purchase order and Dispatch Record of Customers.
- Payment follow up of AMC/CMC/Service charge invoices.
- Installation of machines record.
- Assist to Senior for revenue generation.
- Other duties assigned by Senior.
