Job Description

Overview

The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of the organization. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting various departments. The Admin Executive is responsible for managing office supplies coordinating administrative procedures and providing support to staff and visitors. They play a key role in maintaining a productive and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and implement best practices
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Support the organization and coordination of meetings and events
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and visitors
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Manage filing systems and update records
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems and inquiries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Required qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel MS Word and MS Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Detailoriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work pressures
