Recruitment Consultant

We are a onestop human resources agency located in Adda Heights Johor. We specialize in foreign and local worker recruitment/placement services (headhunting) consultancy (ethical recruitment) transportation (factory) and worker management services. We are currently expanding our team. Welcoming to join us to embark on a new career journey.

1. Conduct fullcycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
   
2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
   
3. Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards social media and professional networks to attract qualified candidates.
   
4. Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a good fit with organizational culture and job requirements.
   
5. Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including scheduling interviews and providing feedback to candidates.
   
6. Negotiate job offers and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
   
7. Stay current with industry trends market salary rates and other factors affecting recruitment.
   
8. Collaborate with other HR team members to enhance overall HR processes and contribute to a positive employee experience.
   

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Degree in any field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
   
2. Proven experience as a recruiter in a corporate or agency setting.
   
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
   
5. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
   
6. Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
