Pega Business Analyst

Overview:Were seeking a seasoned Pega Business Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience for one of our client . The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of Pega technology and business processes adept at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Pega BA youll be instrumental in eliciting analyzing and documenting business requirements guiding the development of effective Pega applications to meet our clients needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Pega applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
2. Business Process Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes identifying opportunities for improvement through Pegabased solutions.
3. Requirement Documentation: Document detailed business requirements functional specifications and user stories using standard methodologies and tools.
4. Solution Design Support: Work closely with Pega developers and architects to translate business requirements into technical designs providing guidance as needed.
5. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in creating test plans and scenarios for UAT ensuring that Pega applications meet user needs and expectations.
6. Change Management: Manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle ensuring alignment with project scope and objectives.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and project progress.
8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to business users on Pega applications ensuring effective adoption and utilization.

Qualifications:

• Pega Knowledge: Solid understanding of Pega technology including PRPC Case Management Decisioning and other Pega Platform capabilities.
• Business Analysis Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis roles focusing on gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise software applications.
• Domain Expertise: Experience in domains such as banking insurance healthcare or telecommunications is desirable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills capable of dissecting complex business processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams fostering knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in business analysis or Pega are advantageous.

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum Kanban or JIRA is preferred.
• Experience in clientfacing roles or consulting environments is a plus.
