We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to endusers remotely ensuring their IT systems are functioning efficiently.
As a Remote IT Support Specialist you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving ITrelated issues. You will be expected to have strong problemsolving skills excellent customer service abilities and a deep understanding of various IT systems and software. Your main goal will be to ensure our endusers have smooth and seamless technology experiences.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and assistance to endusers resolving ITrelated issues in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software and network problems remotely.
- Install and configure computer systems software and peripherals.
- Set up and maintain user accounts permissions and security settings.
- Conduct regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of support processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years working as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
