Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate usergenerated content for adherence to community guidelines and policies
• Identify and escalate content that violates guidelines or regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate moderation of content across various digital platforms
• Respond to user inquiries and concerns regarding content moderation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and update moderation policies
• Utilize content moderation tools and systems effectively
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in content moderation
• Provide support and training to other moderation team members
• Monitor and report on key moderation metrics and trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of moderation processes and workflows

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Communication Media Studies or related field
• Strong understanding of online community guidelines and regulations
• Excellent analytical and decisionmaking skills
