Operation Officer - Benchmark Workshop

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify operational needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain operational budgets and track expenses to ensure costeffectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Supervise and train operations staff to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
